Hi Ordered tickets for the 15th of December online. I have the PayPal receipt for a family of four plus one adult but no tickets. Is the receipt used as a ticket?

not really. You should have received your ticket(s) by email. Check you spam folder. I will resend your tickets though, to be sure.
