Join us at Groundswell Greenhouse and Garden Saturday October 15 for a fundraiser celebrating Local and Art!
Mingle and Graze on local harvested foods
Groundswell will be offering a small plate menu of delicious canapés, grazing plates, and desserts that honour this unique growing region. The garden bar will also be flowing with wine, beer, and cocktails.
The small plate menu will be sourced from local fields, farms, and food producers— focusing on the year end harvest.
Local art auction and music
Lovely pieces of art by local artists will be up for silent auction with proceeds to Groundswell. In addition to tasting local food and feasting your eyes on local art, guests will also enjoy live music by the local musicians.
Win door prizes
Enter our prize raffle for a chance to win items from generous local donors! Prizes will be displayed from 4:30 pm until 7:30 pm. Your entry ticket includes one raffle ticket and additional tickets will also be available at the event (5 for $10). Door prizes will be drawn throughout the evening.
Prizes have been generously donated by local farmers and businesses.

Support our Groundswell as a Living Classroom
All proceeds from this event—including beverage and ticket raffle sales—will support Groundswell’s Education Programs, Community Gardens and Regenerative Gardening initiatives.
These initiatives include several sustainable food projects that support and increase our local Food Growing knowledge:
– Apple Rescue
– Community Gardens
– Food Growing Education Programs
– Green Energy Initiatives
Tickets include:
• Canapés, snacks and dessert (available from 4:30 pm – 7:30 pm)
• 1 raffle tickets for the Door prize
• 1 welcome non-alcoholic drink
Kindly note that tickets do not include:
• Alcoholic beverages (wine, beer, cocktails)
• Additional raffle tickets
Up to 60 tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
