You will learn how to make poultices, compresses, teas and steams, food soaks for sore feet (arthritis and neuropathy), healing for bug bites and sores.
This is a pamper while you learn session using herbs from the garden.
Indulge in hot lemonade and lavender cookies while you soak your sore gardening feet at the end of the season.
