Family Fun and Creativity: Make a twinkling star tree decoration for your home and make a 2nd to donate to the Garden of Lights Wishing Tree.

Date: Saturday, November 23.

Time: 10 to 11:30 am

Location: Lions Hall – limit 15 families (1 adult/1 child), adults welcome on their own

Things to bring: bring an apron, old T shirt to cover your good clothes, your water bottle, your creative ideas and disposable surgical gloves if you don’t want paint on your hands.

First you will create your clay star, choose a slip colour, then use a graffito tool to design and carve your special message for the season.
NB. You will be able to pick up your fired stars a week later at the greenhouse.

Tickets: non-members: $35.00; Members: $30 (this pays for all materials for 2 stars) Note: if you wish to do more stars they will be available and you can purchase them at $10/each during the workshop.
