By participating in the Garden of Lights event, the sponsor and its representatives agree to assume any risk associated with participating in this event and hereby release Groundswell Greenhouse, all staff and volunteers from any and all claims of loss or damage that may arise from the sponsor’s participation. The sponsor acknowledges that the event is taking place outdoors, in all weather conditions, and potentially on uneven snow- and/or ice-covered ground. Conditions may vary, appropriate caution should be practiced.
