For the Love of Tomatoes

We are not sure if there is a vegetable (okay, fruit 😉) more anticipated, more revered, and more loved in a garden than the tomato 🍅. Right off the vine, gently sautéed on the stove top or baked to perfection in the oven – whatever your favourite way of eating them, they are even a greater pleasure to grow.

Join Groundswell’s resident expert, Sabrina Boileau, on all things tomatoes ~ the feeding, the pruning, the nurturing and much, much more.

You likely have seen Sabrina around Home Hardware’s Garden Centre as she has spent the last couple of years leading their horticultural team. Before Home Hardware, Sabrina brought Groundswell’s greenhouse to a whole new level of awesomeness. Back in 2022, Sabrina introduced the Lower & Lean method, which more than tripled our tomato output!

Members, come on out and fill your boots for free! Non-Members, $25.

If you would like to learn more about cultivating this beautiful fruit ~ join us on Tuesday, August 12th @ 6:30 p.m. in the Greenhouse to learn more about what you can do to strengthen the yield of your tomato plants!
