Chef Ian Smith, of Eagle Ranch, created a plant-based menu for our special guests, Sonya Buys and Paul Branconnier who were here to provide nutrition education to 180 of our Laird gardening students. They also shared some great nutritional food hacks with some of our seasoned gardeners.
Chef Ian used locally grown produce for the meal. Sonya and Paul gave the food a 5-star rating rivalled only by the incredible ambiance and service of Eagle Ranch. Thank you, Chef Ian. Groundswell appreciates all you do to make the valley healthier.
