💰 $24–$26/hr • 30–40 hrs/week

Groundswell Network Society is looking for a fun, organized, garden‑loving human to run our 3,000 sq. ft. greenhouse + ¼‑acre market garden!
You’ll lead awesome staff & volunteers, grow beautiful food, support community programs, and keep our sustainable garden operations thriving. No two days are the same — in the best way. 🌞
🌼 What You’ll Do
- Grow, water, plant, harvest — all the good garden stuff
- Keep greenhouse systems humming (vents, irrigation, composting)
- Mentor staff, interns & volunteers
- Help with education programs & events
- Manage sales (retail + B2B) & track records
- Keep tools, manuals & equipment organized
🌱 What You Bring
- Strong communicator + stellar organizer
- Gardening or farming experience (greenhouse & outdoor 🌞)
- Comfortable with computers & scheduling
- Knowledge of permaculture or ecological growing
- Happy working outdoors & with community members
- Experience teaching kids or adults = bonus!
- Mix of education/experience welcome (Permaculture, Enviro, Hort, etc.)
